The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen hosting an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six people, a sitting area with a TV and an electric fire, along with a utility and a mezzanine snug with a sofa bed. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite shower room and a ground-floor twin with an en-suite shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with a patio, lawned area, gravelled area and furniture, as well as allocated parking. Within 4.6 miles, you will find a shop, within 2.3 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Nestled immediately north of the Shropshire Hills AONB, close to the Welsh and English borders, this little market town in Shropshire has a warm and charming air to it. This town houses a town hall, train station, real ale pubs, pleasant cafés and friendly restaurants, as well as a few specialised stores brimming with pleasures. This is the excellent area to visit if you prefer walking, since there are several paths and pathways that will take you through beautiful landscape.
A E Housman once wrote that Shropshire was “the quietest place under the sun” and today the county remains something of a rural idyll, recognised as one of the least crowded and most peaceful regions in England.
