Lavender Barn is a Grade II listed barn conversion situated in the village of Crantock in Cornwall. Hosting one super-king-size bedroom and shower room, the property can sleep up to two guests. There is also an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area with woodburning stove. To the outside is an enclosed garden and off-road parking for one car. Lavender Barn is a lovely choice for couples eager to discover the beauty of Cornwall.
The idyllic village of Cramtock can be found along Cornwall's north coast, close to the popular resort of Newquay and several wonderful beaches, popular with surfers. Enjoy superb walks along the South West Coast Path, which encompasses dramatic cliffs and panoramic sea views. Visit several National Trust properties in the surrounding area, while the bustling town of Newquay offers a variety of shops, pubs, restaurants and attractions such as Newquay Zoo and the Sea Life Centre.
Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.

Enclosed garden (accessed through a gate at the back of the property and not through the house) with barbecue, raised decking and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome with a second at discretion of the owner (dogs must be kept off furniture). Sorry, no smoking at the barn or on-site. Shop and pub 0.1 miles.
