There is a kitchen/diner, utility, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and conservatory. To the outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawns, seating and shed, whilst ample off-road parking is available. Deanrise is a dreamy property for a family getaway to the Northumberland coastline. Please note: EV charging is strictly forbidden at the property via extension leads, through the window or via any means using the property's electrical supply due to safety and potential damage to the electrical system. Please note: No Stag or Hen parties. Please note: There is CCTV on the front and rear of the property externally; the purpose is for crime prevention and recordings will be kept for 28 days (there are signs on the external gates to the property and will also be mentioned within the welcome pack).

Alnwick is a historic market town in the heart of Northumberland, home to Alnwick Castle and Gardens, a Market Place and access to Alnmouth Beach, as well as a wealth of shops, pubs and eateries. Boat trips can be taken out to the iconic Farne Islands from the Heritage Coastline, whilst the nearby destinations of Bamburgh and Rothbury are under 20 miles away.

Northumberland is a heady combination of fishing villages, market towns, sandy beaches, magnificent castles and historic Hadrian’s Wall, tied together by beautiful countryside and abundant wildlife.
