Churchfield house is an inviting 1930’s detached bungalow resting in Garranard, Ballina. Hosting four bedrooms, including two doubles and two family rooms with double and single beds, along with a shower room, a wet room and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to ten guests. There is also a kitchen/diner, a living/diner with an open fire, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a Sunroom. Outside, there is off-road parking for up to five cars and a large garden space with a 100-metre lane leading to the main road. Churchfield House is an escapist’s dream with its rural setting and vast open spaces.

Situated right on the Wild Atlantic Way, Crossmolina is a small town near the River Moy, home to a variety of pubs, restaurants and shops. Ballina is nearby and boasts a variety of activities all can enjoy, from sub aqua diving, biking, golfing and archery. The town is brimming with history and is home to the picturesque St. Muredach’s Cathedral which rests on the banks of the river, plus the Austinian Abbey which adjoins the grounds of the cathedral.

The West of Ireland conjures up many images; thatched, whitewashed cottages, a flock of sheep on a narrow road, an emerald green field with a stone wall, or the Atlantic waves crashing into towering cliffs and rocky shores.
