Hosting five bedrooms; including a family room located in the annex with 2 x king-size and a TV, a ground-floor double, two doubles and a bunk room, along with a ground-floor shower room and a family bathroom. There is also a kitchen/diner with a fridge freezer plus another larder fridge.There is a utility, a dining room, a sitting room, a conservatory, a study and a snug. Smart Tv's in the snug and lounge. Outside there is a large garden with two lawned areas, goal posts, picnic bench, small orchard with bench, large decking with seating, along with off-road parking for four cars. Fron Emrys makes a wonderful location for a family gathering to the North Wales coast. Deluxe hot tub is available from the 7th of Feb 2022 and has panoramic and uninterrupted views of both the mountains and sea. Please note: Three well behaved dogs welcome, however an additional dog may be allowed by request only.
