Derry is a ground floor apartment resting in Braemar in Aberdeenshire. Hosting two bedrooms; a double and a twin, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. This cottage offers access to Mar Lodge Estate, while off-road parking is available in the car park. Derry is a fantastic getaway cottage for a small family or group of friends to explore the Cairngorms National Park. Please be advised that external works are scheduled at Mar Lodge from 18th August to 12th September 2025. These works will focus on repairing the entryway at the front of the building.
Braemar is a village located in the Cairngorms National Park situated next to Royal Deeside and River Dee valley with 24 Munros surrounding the area. Braemar holds a golf course, several shops, restaurants and inns, as well as the Braemar and Balmoral Castles and the Royal Lochnagar Distillery attractions nearby. Other destinations a short journey away include Inverness, Aberdeen and Perth, making Braemar the ideal rural base.
