The Coach House

The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher and a sitting room with Smart TV and sofa bed. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a single with trundle, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed front courtyard and access to private gardens, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 2.7 miles you will find a shop and within 1.3 miles, non-smoking property. A maximum of two well‑behaved small or medium dogs can be accommodated, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Coach House is a delightful base, ideal for exploring Northumberland. Please note: This property can only accept check ins on a Monday or Friday

Corbridge, a charming ancient community encircled by gorgeous, unspoiled Northumbrian scenery, has a lot to offer, including specialty stores, historic inns, and a bridge over the river from the 12th century. The market town of Hexham is a few miles distant and is well worth a visit with its small, busy streets, good assortment of shops, and an intriguing abbey boasting 15th-century frescoes and a beautiful Saxon crypt. Hadrian's Wall and Housesteads Fort are close. The Gateshead Metro Centre (one of the biggest retail centres in Europe) is about 20 miles to the east, as are the Border Country, Northumbrian shoreline, Kielder Forest with cycling and watersports, Beamish Open Air Museum, and Durham Cathedral. Locally, there are also excellent opportunities for fly and coarse fishing.

Northumberland is a heady combination of fishing villages, market towns, sandy beaches, magnificent castles and historic Hadrian’s Wall, tied together by beautiful countryside and abundant wildlife.
