The Coach House is a detached cottage in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, sleeping up to 6 guests in three bedrooms: a king-size, a double, and a children’s bunk room (max 2 children). It features a kitchen/diner, sitting room with woodburning stove, bathroom, off-road parking, and enclosed front garden. The rear garden offers access to a shared outdoor heated pool (Easter–Sept) and hot tub (year-round), plus indoor gym. Pool/hot tub access is via the owners’ garden. Pool hours: Mon–Fri 9am–12pm & 3pm–6pm, Sat–Sun 9am–12pm. Hot tub also open Mon–Fri 7pm–8pm. Includes paddock for dog exercise. One well-behaved dog welcome. No EV charging. No smoking. Shop/pub 1.8 miles. Max 4 adults. Note: The property only accepts Friday check-ins.
