Waltons Close is complete with a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV, DVD player and woodburning stove. All the bedrooms have TVs and include a super-king-size (zip/link), a super-king-size with en-suite shower, a king-size with en-suite shower and a double, served by a bathroom and shower room. Outside there is a garden patio with furniture and ample off-road parking. Within 2.8 miles there is a shop and within 0.1 miles there is a pub. One pet is welcome but sorry, there is no smoking. The small village of Stainton rests on the north-eastern fringes of the Lake District National Park in Cumbria. Just a few miles from the market town of Penrith, Stainton is a quiet village home to two pubs, a village store and Post Office, an Alpaca Centre and a primary school. Visitors can go to the Alpaca Centre to meet the friendly, furry creatures for free and browse the wonderful array of garments made from their soft, strong fibres. The village is near to attractions including Dalemain Mansion & Historic Gardens, Lowther Castle & Gardens, Ullswater lake, Aira Force Waterfall and Greystoke Castle. The Lake District National Park has plenty to offer, whether seeking some climbing and hiking challenges on the peaks and fells, wanting to enjoy relaxed rambles around quaint villages and towns, or simply enjoy the array of attractions like The World of Beatrix Potter and Lakes Aquarium, there's something for everyone.
