It comes with three bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom and two single bedrooms, together sleeping up to three people and served by a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen, a utility, a dining room, a sitting room with woodburning stove and a snug. Outside, there is roadside parking directly outside the property for one car and rear garden and patio with furniture. 5 Bryn Tirion is a wonderful retreat to enjoy with loved ones.

Llan Ffestiniog is an old slate quarrying village resting a short distance away from the Manod and Moelwyn Mountains, near the centre of Snowdonia National Park. Within the village you will find a shop and a pub, making a great base for touring this part of Wales. Nearby Blaenau Ffestiniog, once the world's capital of slate quarrying has a larger selection of amenities and access to the attractions of Zip World, Bounce Below and the beautiful Vale of Ffestiniog and Cynfal Waterfall.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Bannau Brychein (Brecon Beacons) National Park and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
