Lucy's Cottage is a fantastic semi-detached cottage resting in Canonbie near Langholm, Dumfries and Galloway. Hosting two bedrooms, including a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and a single, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to three guests. There is also a kitchen and a living/dining room with open fire. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars, and a garden with lawn, gravel, patio, furniture and a fishing shed. Lucy's Cottage is charming stay for a couple or small family in this part of Scotland. Please note, prior to booking this property that there are some steps into the cottage from the drive. The wooden staircase within the property is fitted with handrails for your assistance. The bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs. The bathroom shower has a step into it. The cottage may not be suitable for a person with mobility issues. One small dog welcome, no cats.

Langholm lies on the River Esk in Dumfries and Galloway and hosts festivals for music, food and arts. There is a Co Op, a range of pubs, eateries and the Borderlands Brewery. Within easy reach is Lockerbie, home to a good selection of bars and shopping facilities, as well as a jazz festival. A short drive away is the Kagyu Samye Ling, the first Tibetan Buddhist Centre established in the West.
