The first floor is complete with a bathroom, and a cloakroom, whilst the ground floor boasts a kitchen/dining room, a sitting room with an electric woodburning effect stove, a snug and a sun room. Outside there is an enclosed back garden with a patio featuring outdoor furniture, a lawn and a gravelled area with off-road parking for two cars.
