Hosting two ground-floor bedrooms; a double and a triple room, along with a ground-floor bathroom, this property can sleep up to five guests. There is a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire and balcony, whilst parking is available. Campbell is a gorgeous holiday home tucked away in the peaceful Highland Estate of Learan.

The rural village of Kinloch Rannoch lies in the county of Perth and Kinross, surrounded by lush landscapes and with Loch Rannoch taking stage, as well as hosting a village shop, hotel and pub, children's playground and a café. The nearby market town of Aberfeldy offers even more amenities and regular market stalls, whilst fun can be had at Pitlochry, with the fabulous Pitlochry Festival Theatre. Kinloch Rannoch is the perfect getaway base for a remote and adventurous trip to Scotland.
