There is a first-floor open plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire and balcony, whilst parking is available. Mackintosh is a charming cottage with lochside views over Loch Rannoch.

The village of Kinloch Rannoch is a historic old hamlet dating back to the 18th century, home to a local shop, pub, and café, as well as access to The Sleeping Giant hill and watersports opportunities.
