25 Victoria Park Avenue consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for five guests and a sitting area with Smart TV, as well as a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double, and a single, along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, and furniture and roadside parking is available with permit disc. Within 0.5 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub, and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Two well-behaved pets welcomed but must be kept downstairs. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent. Note: There is a step down from the shower room, please take care. Please note - we can only accept checks ins on Monday over the Christmas and New Year period. Please note the property accepts a minimum of 3 nights stay
