Downs View is a bungalow in the village of Norton Ferris, situated on the owner's farm on the borders of Wiltshire. The bungalow sleeps ten people and has five bedrooms, 1x king-size bedroom, 2x double bedrooms and 2x twin rooms, along with a family bathroom and family shower room with a separate basin and WC. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with a breakfast area seating six, a sitting room and a conservatory with a dining area. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars and an enclosed garden with a patio, furniture and a barbecue. Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome at an additional charge of £25/pet. If you are looking to book with a Saturday or Sunday start date, please call us first as this will need to be checked with the owner of the property. The Wiltshire hamlet of Norton Ferris is situated amongst glorious unspoilt countryside, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the borders of Wiltshire, Dorset and Somerset just north of the small town of Mere and south of the village of Maiden Bradley, both of which offer a range of local shops and pubs. An ideal walking area and very well placed for exploring numerous National Trust properties and gardens.

Wiltshire is a county offering cultural richness, historical sites, friendly people and attractions for all the family. A holiday in Wiltshire really does have something to suit everyone at any time of year.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Farm shop at Stourhead is 3 miles away, Co-op at Mere is 4.5 miles away Open 7am-10pm, Pub 1.5 miles away. Note: Poor mobile signal at cottage. Note: Dogs to be kept on a lead due to livestock nearby. Note: The B3092 runs outside the property and there may be some associated traffic noise. Please note: Please ensure you provide the correct amount of people going on the holiday and should there be any updates to your party, please update Sykes or the owner directly.
