Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden with lawned areas, patio, hot tub, barbecue, fire pit, outdoor shower and furniture, along with off-road parking for two cars with an electric charging point. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.4 miles, a pub, and within 1.9 miles, a beach. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, but smoking is not allowed here. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair and travel cot are also available. Mawnan Smith is a lovely little village sitting at the mouth of the Helford River in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It has a classic bar, a restaurant, a church, and a few stores. The surrounding region is ideal for ramblers, since there are several creekside and forest walks, as well as subtropical gardens at Glendurgan and Trebah. The Helford River also provides chances for kayaking, sailing, and fishing.
