Langham House Cottage is a wonderfully renovated reverse-level barn resting in the hamlet of Liftondown, Devon. Hosting one ground-floor super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) bedroom, along with a ground-floor bathroom, this property can sleep up to two guests. There is also a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove, while the ground floor also has underfloor heating. Outside there is a raised decked area accessed from the first floor with dining furniture, and an enclosed lawned area with seating, while off-road parking is available. Langham House Cottage makes a stunning retreat for two in Devon.

Resting in the east of Devon in the upper Tamar Valley is the charming village of Lifton. Nearing the Cornwall/Devon border, Lifton make a great touring location for visiting Dartmoor National Park, Tamar Valley AONB, Bodmin Moor and Cornwall's north-west coast. The village is home to several pubs as well as an award-winning farm shop, Strawberry Fields Farm Shop where you can purchase fresh local produce for your self-catered stay.
