The Coach House, The Grove

Please note: The changeover day is Friday. The Grove is a large house set in the village of Combe Martin, North Devon. Hosting three bedrooms; one king-size with a Juliet balcony and two doubles, sleeping a total of six guests with a family bathroom. Downstairs provides a fitted kitchen, utility, dining room and a snug. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside has a rear terraced area with furniture, as well as off-road parking for four cars. Please note: The property provides a cream tea and biscuits. The Grove is a wonderful choice for a seaside retreat with your loved ones.

Combe Martin is a village and civil parish resting in North Devon. There is a small selection of pubs, restaurants, cafés and a convenience store for all of your immediate amenities. It rests on the edge of the Exmoor National Park with its unique landscape and wild moorland making it an exceptional spot for touring with your loved ones and the family dog. Further afield is the charming towns of Ilfracombe and Lynton which offer an abundance of local tourist attractions.

Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
