The living areas in the semi-detached property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen hosting an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, a dining area with seating for four people, and a sitting area with a TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double and a single, along with a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed front patio with a hot tub, and parking for one car. Within 1.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1 mile, a pub. Please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome, but smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, along with a travel cot upon request. Choose Fisherman's Cottage for a rural break with those who mean most. Note: This property is on a working farm, please keep dogs on leads at all times when outside. Note: The garden is enclosed but not escape proof.

Llandysul is a bustling market town with a variety of shops, tea rooms, and bars, as well as its own canoeing club and a section of National Cycle Route 82. Visit nearby New Quay or one of the many beaches around the coasts of Cardiganshire, Carmarthenshire, and Pembrokeshire. A day out seeing all of the mediaeval castles, mills, and formal gardens could pique your interest, as can boat tours to find dolphins, whitewater rafting, or a ride on a steam train.
