1 Bailey’s Cottage consists of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size and a king-size, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom and shower room. Outside there is parking available. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and pub and within 0.8 miles, a beach and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 1 Bailey’s Cottage is a charming base for your next getaway in Devon. Note: The property is accessed via a flight of stone steps which may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility.
