Swallow Cottage is a single-storey cottage consisting of an open-plan kitchen/living/dining room with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dining seating for four people, and sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and single, serviced by a shower room with washing machine. Outside, there is designated, off-road parking for one car. Travel cot, highchair, and stairgate available on request. Shared enclosed garden. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.5 miles, pub in 0.4 miles, lake in 1.2 miles, and river in 1.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are inc. in rent. Swallow Cottage is a fine base for a Cornwall getaway. Note: Property can accommodate another parking space on request.
