Badharlick Granary is a detached property situated on the outskirts of Launceston. This reverse level property houses two bedrooms, comprising of a king-size double with an en-suite shower and a twin. On the first-floor you will find a bathroom with a roll-top bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside, you will find off-road parking and a private courtyard with al fresco dining. Badharlick Granary is a refreshing getaway to this part of Cornwall.

Launceston is a town resting on the Devon and Cornwall border. Within the town you will find Georgian buildings in the central square which are overlooked by the ruins of a Norman castle. Within the town you will also find a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as a golf course and the river Kensey. Just 3 miles away is Tamar Otter Park or you can take a steam train Launceston through the beautiful Kensey Valley.

Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.
