On the ground floor there are three bedrooms consisting of a super-king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size double and a twin. The dwelling also has a ground-floor bathroom, a utility and a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside is a patio area and lawn with furniture and a barbecue, as well as ample off-road parking and EV charging available. 2 Wheal Turnavore is a glorious property to base your exploration of Cornwall.

Spend your time exploring the excitement of the town's shops, with glorious boutiques and unique souvenirs, or spend your days on the beach amidst the surfing scene, soaking in the sun before indulging in one of the many eateries on offer. With Access to Newquay, St Ives and Truro too, St Agnes is the perfect base from which to explore Cornwall.

Dogs welcome at property however please note that not all boundaries are fenced and therefore the garden is not enclosed. Sorry, no smoking. Village shop 5 - 10 min level walk, pub 0.6 miles.
