The cottage also benefits from a cloakroom, a shower room, an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, a utility and an external games area. To the front is a lawned area and to the rear is a multi-level terraced garden. The dwelling also offers ample off-road parking with electric charging points.
