Pencraig is a spacious family bungalow just two-minute drive from the lovely seaside village of Trearddur Bay. This property consists of a kitchen with an oven, hob, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, TV, DVD/Blu Ray player, a dining area, and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size, a king-size (zip/link), a double with single over, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and an en-suite. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, decking, and hot tub, and a lockable storage shed, plus parking for 2-3 cars. Places to eat and drink are just two-minute drive away, and Supermarkets and larger shops less than 10-minute drive away. Escape to Pencraig. Note: The Hot tub is an additional charge of 200 GBP for all breaks. Note: The hot tub may not be up to temperature on the first night, as they need to be cleaned and emptied for each new set of guests. Note: This house does not accept stag, hen, or similar parties.
Trearddur Bay is situated on the western shore of Holy Island. It’s truly beautiful - a great sweep of low grassy coastline indented with rocky coves and fine sandy beaches (European Blue Flag). Watersports, bathing, sailing and windsurfing are the main activities in the summer months and golfers will enjoy the excellent Holyhead 18 hole links golf course. It’s a great place for nature lovers with renowned birdwatching at the South Stack Lighthouse RSPB Reserve and lots of rock pools and cliff top walks to explore. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in Trearddur Bay itself and nearby Holyhead offers a wider range of amenities, including a very good leisure centre, an interesting harbour front, a marina, the world’s second longest breakwater and exciting day trips to Dublin on the ferry. The Maritime Museum in Holyhead has an excellent cafe and the beautiful Holyhead Breakwater Country Park has walks for you to enjoy. Further afield there is the stunning Newborough with its excellent woodland and beach and Beaumaris with its town and castle. A great location with plenty to see and do!
