Tickmorend Farm House is located in Horsley, just 2 miles from Nailsworth. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are located in the main house (SLEEPING 10). At an additional cost of £125 per night there is a Barn with a ground floor bedroom and an additional bathroom are located in adjacent barn at an extra cost of £125 per night. Bedrooms - two king-size with en-suite facilities, 2 doubles and one twin. There are also two further family bath / shower rooms and a separate ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has a fitted kitchen, with breakfast table, a dining area, sitting room and a sun-room. The mezzanine comes with a Japanese deep bath Spiral staircase Covered Pergola, Outdoor Pizza oven, full BBQ and outdoor kitchen space. Underfloor heating Outside has a front enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture and a barbecue. There are also extensive grounds - including wild outdoor swimming pool, orchard and paddock. Hot tub and sauna available at an extra cost. Off-road parking is available for 5 cars. Tickmorend Farm House is a wonderful retreat for large families or a group of friends. Please Note: pets charged @ £40.00 Please Note there is a charge of £30 per day for the combined use of the sauna and hot tub, this will be paid directly to the owner prior to arrival. There is a fully refundable Good House-Keeping Bond of £400.00 Note: whilst the pond and plunge pool are in a separate, gated part of the garden children must be monitored at all times when outside) The spiral staircase doesn't need to be used, you can access all bedrooms from the main stairs. If you would like to use the Gym, please note the Owner charges a £40 fee per stay to use this facility.

The former mill town of Nailsworth lies in the beautiful wooded Stroud Valley with events and festivals announced by the local Town Crier. It offers numerous high quality shops, a delicatessen, two butchers, an award-winning organic cafe, restaurants, art and antique galleries and a farmers’ market. Close by are Badminton and Gatcombe Park, famous for their horse trials, the historic wool village of Painswick and High Grove in royal Tetbury. The area offers many lovely walks including the 105 mile Cotswold Way with some of the most beautiful scenery in the country and the many walks around Westonbirt Arboretum which also hosts many concerts, festivals and plays

Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.
