Duck Cottage is a characterful dwelling nestled in the lovely village of Sutton Poyntz, on the outskirts of Weymouth. It comprises three bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite shower room, a double and children's bunks, sleeping six people altogether. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with woodburning stove. To the outside is an open front patio and a rear, enclosed garden with lawned area and patio, and there is off-road parking for two cars, with an additional space at the owner's pub opposite. Duck Cottage offers just the break you need in a wonderful part of Dorset. One well behaved dog is welcome at Duck Cottage at an additional charge of £25 - please contact Sykes to arrange payment. Sutton Poyntz is a small village on the outskirts of Weymouth, sitting beneath the George III chalk horse that is carved into the hillside. At the centre of the village is a duck pond, and the Springhead pub. Weymouth and its golden beach is close by and just 13 miles away are the UNESCO World Heritage sites of Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door.
