Burnside House is a lovely detached cottage nestled in Aviemore, Scottish Highlands. Hosting three bedrooms; one king-size with en-suite shower room, one double and one twin, able to sleep a total of six guests. There is a family bathroom and ground-floor cloakroom to serve the bedrooms. Completing the interior is an open-plan kitchen/diner, a utility and sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside has a small enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture, a charcoal barbecue and hot tube, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Burnside House is a wonderful choice for a countryside break to the Scottish Highlands. Please note the property does not allow the charging of electric vehicles

Aviemore is a town and tourist hot spot in the Scottish Highlands, situated within the Cairngorms National Park. Rich with opportunities for walking, cycling and hiking, this area is the perfect spot for those keen explorers. Discover a choice of pubs, restaurants, independent shops and supermarkets for all of your amenities. Further afield is the city of Inverness, less than an hours drive away and is rich with history and sightseeing opportunities.

From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain’s best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.
