Fuel and electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Parking is available off-road for one vehicle. Rear lawned garden with seating and a BBQ. External boot room with cloakroom basin and WC. Lockable bike storage. One well-behaved pet is permitted. Sorry, no smoking allowed. 0.4 mile to the nearest shop and pub. 1.3 miles of beach. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am. The owner requires a £125 Good Housekeeping Bond, which must be paid seven days prior to arrival.
