The Cottage is a stone-built property situated on the fringes of Thirsk in a lovely part of North Yorkshire. It has one king-size double with an en-suite shower, sleeping two people in total. There is also an open-plan living room, with a kitchen, dining and sitting area, and outside there is off-road parking and shared use of a courtyard. The Cottage promises a relaxing stay for you and your loved one all-year-round.

Thirsk is known as the gateway to the North York Moors National Park and is also within easy reach of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It houses a market place, Georgian buildings, a cinema, a Norman church, a leisure centre and a wealth of pubs, shops and restaurants. It also houses the World of James Herriott Museum, where you can discover the town's famous vet and author.

The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
