Wood Bottom Farm is a beautifully appointed barn conversion positioned in the Yorkshire town of Meltham. It boasts four bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite wet room, a double, a family room with king-size double and single bed and a ground floor family room with king-size double and single bed, sleeping up to 10 guests altogether. There is also a bathroom, ground floor cloakroom, kitchen, utility, dining room and sitting room with woodburning stove and reception room with open fire. Outside you have ample off-road parking and an enclosed, formal garden with lawned area and patio with garden furniture. Wood Bottom Farm offers a rejuvenating break on the northerly fringes of the Peak District National Park. PLEASE NOTE THIS PROPERTY ONLY ACCEPTS A FRIDAY CHECK-IN OVER THE EASTER PERIOD HOLIDAYS AND A MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS Please be aware, May 11th 2025 at 9:30am - 4:30pm there will be a planned power outage in the area.

Meltham is a small town situated below Wessenden Moor on the edge of the Peak District National Park. It offers local shops and pubs as well as its golf course, which is over a 100 years old with wonderful views of the Pennine Hills. Holmfirth has winding streets to explore and numerous festivals throughout the year, along with a good public swimming pool and fitness centre, parks, shops and restaurants.

The ultimate in “year-round” appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.
