Derwent House Farm is a detached property resting on the outskirts of Malton. It houses one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Completing the interior is an open-plan living space, comprising of a kitchen equipped with a mini oven with two hobs, a microwave, fridge with ice-box, electric frying pan and George Foreman grill, a dining area with seating for two and a sitting area with a TV with Sky. To the outside, you will find a patio area with furniture and ample off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price. One well-behaved dog is welcome, however, smoking is not permitted. Derwent House Farm is a splendid getaway for a couple. Note: This property is not suitable for children or infants and accepts adults only. Note: There is no WiFi at this property. Note: This owner cannot accept any bookings arriving on a Thursday.

Malton is a market town resting within close reach to the North York Moors National Park. It has been the historic centre of Ryedale since Roman times and play host to the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. Within the town you will find a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants and a weekly livestock and farmers’ markets.

The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
