To the outside, there is private grounds with a lawn, tennis court, barbecue and summer house, indoor heated garden swimming pool, while ample off-road parking is available. The town of Caistor is situated in the heart of Lincolnshire on the outskirts of the Wolds AONB, boasting a popular weekly market, shops, a local pub, 56 listed buildings, restaurants, and takeaways. The town is steeped in history with ruins of a 4th century wall, a former cemetery, access to the Viking Way walk, as well as access to nearby villages of Nettleton and Grasby.

Note: This property comprises 3/4 of the building, 1/4 is occupied by the owners (There are no interconnecting doors). Note: Internet signal can be intermittent in some rooms. Please note: A single pet will be allowed at the property from 2022, Dog is to be kept downstairs and not on any furniture or beds.
