The Old Vicarage is a spacious property resting on the outskirts of Tiverton in Devon. It comes with five bedrooms, comprising of a king-size with en-suite shower over bath, basin and WC, a king-size, a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, together sleeping up to 10 people. There is a family bathroom, as well as a walk-in shower room. Downstairs, there is a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with an open fire, a snug and a music room. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a large garden with a lawn area and a terrace area with furniture. The Old Vicarage is an outstanding property.

Tiverton is a large town in Mid Devon, situated just 14 miles away from Exeter. The history past of this town is clear, with its romantic castle, and horse-drawn barge trips on the Grand Western Canal. Within the town you will be spoilt for choice by the superb selection of amenities, including supermarkets, shops, eateries and pubs.
