There is a bathroom with a bath, basin and WC, a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a ground-floor bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, two sitting rooms, a dining room with a gas fire, a snug with a woodburning stove and a ground-floor and a first-floor utility. Outside there is off-road parking for eight cars and a large garden with an enclosed lawn area, a lawn area and a patio area with hot tub and furniture. 1 Deepdale Avenue is an outstanding base for a family gathering to North Yorkshire.

Within the town you will also find a wide range of activities to suit all ages, including the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough Spa and Scarborough Open Air Theatre.
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
