It boasts one ground floor king-size double bedroom and a ground floor wet room, sleeping two people altogether. There is also a kitchen/diner and a first floor mezzanine sitting room, while the outside occupies bike storage with bikes to borrow on request, an off-road parking space for one car and an enclosed garden with gravelled area and patio furniture. You also have access to a full-sized, asphalt tennis court with all equipment provided. The market town of Oswestry has restaurants and all usual amenities, along with its hill top Iron Age fort, which is great for walking and taking in the views. There are many historic houses and National Trust properties worth a visit in the are, while further afield lies the Welsh mountains, North Wales coastline and picturesque Lakes Vyrnwy and Bala.
