The open-plan living space comprises of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with ice box and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for two and a sitting area with a TV and electric fire. There is a king-size bedroom and a shower room. Outside, there is off-road parking and a front patio with furniture, along with a shared hot tub that must be booked via owner for an extra fee. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price. Apologies, but smoking is not permitted.
