It houses three bedrooms comprising of a super-king-size bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, can sleep up to six people. There is a bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC, as well as a ground-floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Completing the interior is a sitting room, a kitchen/diner, a games room and a sun room. Outside, there is a rear garden with a lawn area and a patio area with furniture. Number 37 is a wonderful family coastal holiday base.
Bude is a coastal town resting on the popular Cornwall, just 17 miles away from Tintagel. Here, you will find a large golf course and sandy beaches which are great for surfing all year round and offers walks along the restored canal or on the North Cornwall coastal path. In addition to an indoor swimming pool, bowling alley/indoor play area and Heritage Centre at Bude Castle and a selection of amenities.
