The main house includes three thoughtfully decorated bedrooms, two sleek modern bathrooms (one with a freestanding bath), and a generous open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, with a breakfast island, large range cooker and bi-fold doors opening to the garden—ideal for laid-back meals and summer entertaining. The lounge offers a relaxing spot to gather, complete with wood-burning stove and cosy sofas.


Outside, the private enclosed garden is perfect for unwinding with seating, lawn space, and a dining area.

Also available to book for an additional charge is a chic, self-contained annexe, finished in a bright and contemporary New York loft style. Set above a detached double garage, this open-plan space includes a double bed, sofa, Smart TV, breakfast bar and compact kitchenette, along with a modern shower room. It’s perfect for couples, grandparents, older teens, or anyone wanting their own peaceful space.

ANNEXE
The annexe is a bright and practical open-plan space, ideal for extra guests or extended family. With a comfortable seating area, Smart TV, kitchenette, sleeping area with 5ft king bed, and its own shower room, it offers everything needed for an easy and independent stay. Private and self-contained, it’s a useful and flexible addition to the main house.


Outside:


The enclosed garden offers a peaceful and private retreat, with a smart patio for lounging and dining, surrounded by lush greenery. With a well-kept lawn and mature planting, it’s the ideal spot for relaxing or entertaining outdoors.


Parking:


There is parking for two cars on the private driveway.


Additional:


Included: Bed linen and towels (guests must provide their own beach towels if required), gas central heating, internet, Wi-Fi and welcome pack. Basket of logs in the appropriate season. Mobile reception is generally reasonable, although please check with your provider prior to booking.
Annexe: Available to book at an additional £300 per stay charge.
No Smoking throughout.
Pets: 1 dog per booking. No dogs are allowed upstairs or on the furniture. Dogs are not to be left in the house unattended during the stay and guest are to clear the garden of any dog waste before leaving.
Children: All ages welcome. Highchair and travel cot (please bring own cot bedding) and stair gate available on request.
EV Charging: Not available at this property.
Bicycle Storage: Available in covered area at the side of the property.
Short Breaks: Available all year round from a Friday or Monday.
Beaches: Barton on Sea (0.2 miles), Highcliffe (sandy - 3.5 miles), Milford on Sea (2 miles), Avon Beach (sandy – 6 miles).
