Are you a large family or two families holidaying together? Beech Lodge is the perfect choice, offering abundant living spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms to suit everyone’s needs.


On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious dining room, a cosy children’s sitting room, separate games area with table football and a grand formal lounge with double doors leading to the garden. At the heart of the home is a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with a breakfast bar and informal dining area. There’s also a bathroom with a shower over the bath, a separate cloakroom, and a generous laundry room.


Upstairs, there are five beautifully furnished bedrooms: two twin rooms and one double, each with an ensuite shower room, and a third twin room near the family bathroom. The impressive master suite is slightly separated from the other bedrooms, offering a large ensuite shower room and a private sitting area. There are also two portable 'zed beds' for children which can be set up in any of the double bedrooms.


Beech Lodge provides the perfect blend of comfort and luxury for a memorable getaway.


A short stroll takes you to New Milton’s bustling High Street, with an array shops, including a fabulous independent department store, or the expansive beach at Barton on Sea. Nearby, Ballard Lake and Water Meadows offer tranquil wildlife spots, and local farm shops are located just outside the town centre. Just a five-minute drive away, explore the New Forest National Park with its scenic walks, cycling, and horse riding amongst free-roaming ponies. Local attractions include the Sammy Miller Motorcycle Museum, and Lymington Sea Water Swimming Baths with inflatable courses, paddle boarding, and kayak hire.

Dining room which seats 10 people has stairs to the first floor and also?a door leading to the kids’ snug, cloakroom and utility room.
Kitchen with range cooker featuring gas hob, triple electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, air fryer, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer with ice dispenser. Breakfast bar with 2 stools and dining table with seating for four.
Lounge with sofas, two wooden armchairs, one snuggle chair, coffee table, side tables and Smart TV.
Bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC.

There is parking on a private drive for up to 4 cars and further unrestricted parking on the road outside.

Included: Bed linen and towels (bring own beach towels), central heating (gas), electricity, WiFi. Luxury welcome hamper.
Children: All ages welcome.  Travel cot and highchair provided on request. Please bring own cot bedding. 
Extra Beds: There are two ‘zed’ fold beds available, to allow the property to sleep 12, but these are suitable for children only.
Pets: Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Please note there is a standard pet charge of £30 per pet each week.
