Twenty One is a beautifully presented holiday home located within a quiet residential road just a short stroll from the centre of New Milton. The bright and airy dining kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with all of your holiday catering needs, and corner bi-fold doors allow easy access to the private garden. There is ample comfortable seating in the lounge, which is centred around a log burner for chilly out of season evenings. Bi-fold doors allow light to flood in from the garden. There are two downstairs bedrooms and a bathroom and upstairs are two further bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities.

Just a short stroll takes you to the heart of New Milton, with its bustling high street and varied selection of shops, or visit the two local farm shops which are close by. The beach at Barton on Sea is within walking distance and the nearby Ballard Lake and Water Meadows is a peaceful area with plenty of wildlife to spot. The beautiful New Forest National Park is within a 5 minute drive, with miles of heathland to explore - enjoy walking, cycling or horse riding amongst the free-roaming ponies, cattle and donkeys. Other local attractions include the Sammy Miller Motorcycle Museum, Hurst Castle and Lymington Sea Water Swimming Baths, with inflatable course, paddle board and kayak hire.

The private garden is mainly laid to lawn, with mature shrubs and trees bordering. There is a patio with outdoor dining furniture for al fresco meals, and bi-fold doors lead into both the lounge and kitchen/diner for complete accessibility.

Parking for 4 cars on private driveway.

Included: Bed linen and towels (bring own beach towels), central heating (gas), electricity, WiFi, welcome basket of logs in the appropriate season (honesty box if more required).
Children: All ages welcome.  Travel cot and high chair provided on request. Please bring own cot bedding.
