The property comprises two spacious bedrooms – one with a king-size bed and the other with two singles that can be joined together – making Laridae’s Hideaway ideal for couples or families. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a separate WC complete the accommodation.

Southbourne’s beautiful, award-winning sandy beaches are popular year-round and are lined with colourful beach huts. Cafés and bars are scattered along the promenade, adding to its charm. From the doorstep, you can take a stunning walk to Hengistbury Head and Mudeford Sandbank, offering breathtaking views across The Solent towards the Isle of Wight. This area is perfect for scenic walks, birdwatching, and wildlife spotting. There are also several open spaces nearby, including pet-friendly sections of the beaches, making it ideal for dog owners.

For those who wish to explore further afield, the stunning New Forest National Park is only a 15-minute drive away. With miles of heathland and woodland to discover, it’s perfect for walking, cycling, or horse riding among free-roaming ponies, cattle, and donkeys.

Outside:

There is no outside space, however the closest beach is just a five minute walk away. There is an area of Southbourne Beach (Fishermans' Walk) that is dog friendly all year round.

Parking:

There is parking for the apartment in a communal car park, and there is also on road parking for additional cars.

Included: Bed linen and towels (please provide your own beach towels), gas central heating, Wi-Fi. Mobile reception is generally good, although please check with your provider prior to booking.
Children: All ages welcome. High chair and cot available on request.
Pets: One dog welcome. Must be over the age of 1 year old (unless agreed with the owner prior to booking) and must be fully house-trained and well behaved.

Short Breaks: Available all year round.
Beaches: Southbourne Beach (Fishermans Walk Beach between groynes 32 and 41 allows dogs all year round), Hengistbury Head Beach (dog friendly all year round), Bournemouth Beach. Parts of the beaches have dog restrictions during the summer period, but there are plenty of areas for dogs all year round.
Local Facilities: Spyglass and Kettle (0.5 miles), The Riverside Inn (0.8 miles), Brown dog Cafe (0.1 miles), Sobo Beach Café & bar (0.7 miles). All the amenities of Southbourne including supermarkets (Co-Op, Sainsbury’s Local), shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants.
