There is no outside space, however the closest beach is just a five minute walk away. There is an area of Southbourne Beach (Fishermans' Walk) that is dog friendly all year round.

There is parking for the apartment in a communal car park, and there is also on road parking for additional cars.

Pets: One dog welcome. Must be over the age of 1 year old (unless agreed with the owner prior to booking) and must be fully house-trained and well behaved.
