Milford on Sea is a pretty coastal village with an array of independent shops, cafes and pubs centred around the village green. With its own wine bar, micro-brewery and renowned restaurants this vibrant spot has plenty to tempt you during your stay.

The New Forest National Park, with it’s free-roaming ponies, is just a short drive away, as is the Georgian market town of Lymington. From here, you can catch the ferry to the Isle of Wight for an exciting day out, perhaps to visit The Needles themselves! Other local attractions include Hurst Castle and the Lymington-Keyhaven Nature Reserve which can be explored on foot or by bike along the Solent Way. Breath-taking cliff top walks with spectacular views, great beaches and thriving wildlife make this a perfect holiday base.

Entrance into lobby with door to cloakroom.
Door to open plan lounge/diner/kitchen with comfortable seating on 2 sofas, Smart TV with Sky package and dining table with seating for six and breakfast bar with two stools. French doors lead into the garden. The kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Back door leading to garage with utility area including washing machine and tumble drier.

Bedroom 1 with king size (5ft) bed, built-in wardrobes, drawer unit and space for cot.
Bedroom 2 with continental king size (1.8m) zip & link bed which can also be configured as 90cm twin beds, (please advise of preferred bed configuration when booking) built-in wardrobes.
Bedroom 3 with single bed (2ft 6in).
Family bathroom with bath and shower over, sink and WC.

Outside:

The rear garden is enclosed with a lawn and covered patio with rattan seating plus a further bistro table and chair set, fire basket and barbecue.

Allocated parking for 2 cars on private driveway with further parking in the road outside.
