The property partly constructed in cobb material and modernised to a high standard has two comfortable en suite bedrooms, snug and kitchen/diner, making it an ideal base for couples or a small family wishing to enjoy both the New Forest National Park and coastal market town of Lymington and the south coast beaches and cliffs. The welcoming owners have ensured guest's privacy in the annexe.

Walking, cycling, horse-riding, fishing, golf, sailing and other watersports are all available nearby.

Ground floor bedroom with double bed (4ft 6in) and en suite bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin and WC.
Small, but cosy snug with limited head height and comfortable seating, Smart TV.
Stairs to first floor bedroom with zip and link super king size (6ft) bed or twin beds (3ft). (please advise bed configuration at time of booking), ample storage and hanging. En suite walk-in shower with hand basin and WC. 

Outside:

Paved and shingle, enclosed, secluded  garden/patio area surrounded by bamboo with garden table and chairs.

On secure driveway for one car with locked gates

Pets: 2 medium sized or smaller dogs welcome. Must be over the age of 1 year old (unless agreed with the owner prior to booking) and dogs must be fully housetrained and well behaved. Please note £30 pet charge per week applies.
