Coach End

Coach End is in a central position within the popular New Forest town of Lymington. Comfortably furnished and accommodating five guests and two dogs, the enviable location of the cottage allows easy access to all that this bustling sailing town has to offer. Within minutes you can stroll to the High Street, with plenty of shops, cafes pubs and restaurants to while away a few hours. There is a children’s play park just across the road, and dog walks right from the doorstep.

Downstairs there is a well equipped kitchen and separate dining room overlooking the garden. The large lounge has plenty of seating options, and French doors open onto the pretty garden. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the master with vanity sink, and a family bathroom. Outside, the private rear garden has a flat lawn and patio area with seating areas to sit and relax with an evening tipple after a busy day exploring!

Lymington’s ancient charter market lines the High Street every Saturday and is a must visit, with a wide selection of stalls and crafts. The Lymington Sea Water Baths with inflatable course is close by, as are the marinas and coastal path, for walking and cycling with views across the Solent towards the Isle of Wight. Wander down to the station to catch a train to the ferry port and onto Yarmouth, just a 30 minute trip. The beautiful New Forest National Park is within a 10 minute drive with miles of heathland to explore - enjoy walking, cycling or horse riding amongst the free-roaming ponies, cattle and donkeys. Other local attractions include the National Motor Museum and Palace House at Beaulieu, Paultons Park and Peppa Pig World and a choice of glorious beaches along the coastline towards Bournemouth.

Garage with freezer and plenty of storage for bikes.

Outside:

The private garden is mainly laid to lawn with a patio and seating area, and there is a parasol for warm sunny days.

Parking:

There is parking for one car on the pavement on Barfields, next to the small extension. A public car parking clock is also provided for your stay (an advanced deposit of £40.00 is payable as a refundable deposit- to be taken on booking or in advance over the phone). The nearest long stay car park is Barfields which is located across the road from the property.

Children: All ages welcome. High chair and travel cot (please bring own cot bedding) available on request.
Pets: Two well behaved dogs welcome. Must be over the age of 1 year old (unless agreed with the owner prior to booking) and dogs must be fully house trained and well behaved.  Please note that there is a standard pet charge of £30 per pet per week.

Bicycle Storage: Bikes can be stored in the garage.
EV Charging is not available at this property.

Pubs: The Angel & Blue Pig, The Kings Head, The Ship Inn on the quay – all within a 10 minute walk.

Beaches: Milford on Sea, Barton on Sea, Avon Beach (sandy) all within 10 miles (15/20 minutes by car).
Short breaks: Available from a Saturday anytime of year.
