About This Property

The Buoys is a beautifully finished semi-detached Victorian Cottage nestled in the quiet residential streets of Lymington. The owners have thoughtfully refurbished the house in 2022 to make an ideal second home for letting all year round.
The house has been tastefully furnished and is fully equipped for six guests, with crisp white linen and little luxuries including a Nespresso coffee machine and Lavazza milk frother.


The bustling Lymington High Street is just a 10 minute walk away with an array of shops, pubs and café’s to while away a few hours. Furthermore, there is plenty to entertain you in the town, whether you’re walkers, cyclists or just general social beings, the town is thriving throughout the year with much to do.
Lymington Sea Water Baths located next to Lymington Haven Marina is a fantastic spot for families in the summer months, with paddleboarding, inflatable fun and kayaking. Just beyond is the Lymington and Keyhaven Nature Reserve which is a great spot for walking and cycling as well as a fantastic spot for birdwatching.

Steep stairs with handrails either side to first floor.
Bedroom 1 with king size bed (5ft) and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 with double bed (4ft 6) and hanging hooks.
Family bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle with rain showerhead, basin and WC. 
Bedroom 3 with hanging rail and drawer unit, zip and link twin beds (3ft), can be linked to make super-king size bed (6ft). Please advise of preferred bed configuration on booking. 


Outside:


Access through the French doors in the dining area take you to a gravel patio with a second raised patio which includes garden table and chairs. There is also a large lawned area with pretty borders.

Unrestricted on street parking available in the road outside the property.

Included Bed linen, towels (please bring own beach towels), WiFi, electricity, central heating (gas), welcome basket of logs in the appropriate season.
