Being on one level this property is particularly suitable for the whole family including those with mobility challenges.

From here it is possible to take a 5 minute stroll to Marks & Spencers and Lymington High Street with plenty of shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants. The waterfront and coastline areas are within easy reach for interesting walks and cycle rides. Miles of open heathland in the New Forest are within a 15/20 minute drive with the quaint villages of Brockenhurst, Burley and Beaulieu definitely worth a visit.

Large south and south west facing mature garden mainly laid to lawn, bordered by colourful shrubs, surrounding three sides of the property.  Sunny patio with ample garden furniture.  Rotary washing line. Please note for the property and garden to be enclosed the front gates need to be closed.

Parking on private driveway for three cars or on quiet roadside in front of house.
