This delightful detached farm cottage offers a rural retreat of complete peace and privacy. Step out of the door and you are in a large sunny garden that is encouraged to act as a wildlife haven for both animal and plant life and makes a great spot for summer al fresco dining. The cottage is cosy and welcoming and is the owners' long standing holiday home. There are some lovely country walks from the property (Florence Nightingale is buried in the little local churchyard) and both open forest and the historic cathedral city of Salisbury are within fifteen to twenty minutes' drive.

Entrance Hallway.
Sitting room with comfortable new sofas, TV, DVD, Radio/CD player with iPod dock and open fire.
Kitchen/breakfast room with doors to garden. Wood burning stove, electric cooker, combined convection oven/microwave/grill, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
Bedroom 1 with twin single beds (3ft).
Bedroom 2 off sitting room with double bed (4ft 6in).
Bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin and WC.

Outside:

The large semi-enclosed garden surrounding the house is completely laid to lawn. Hedges and shrubs bordering the garden act as a wildlife haven for both plant and animal life. Open fields extend away from the rear of the property.

Parking:

For three cars on rough drive which stops 15 metres from the house. The walk from the car to the cottage is on grass.

Included: Bed linen and towels.
WiFi, electricity and one bag of solid fuel for wood burning stove and open fire (additional bags available at property at cost), electric heaters in every room.
Children welcome but please note that rear garden opens onto fields.  Travel cot and high chair available on request.  Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot.
Pets One dog welcome, but note garden is not fully enclosed and opens onto fields.
