This delightful, stylish, new lodge has been tastefully furnished to a high standard to include two bathrooms. Situated in the picturesque, tranquil grounds of Burgate House on the banks of the River Avon, it offers a perfect, secluded retreat for those wanting an escape to a peaceful location.  Excellent walking, cycling and horse riding are available in the nearby New Forest, with fishing available from the grounds of the house. The bustling medieval town of Fordingbridge is within a few minutes' walk, whilst Salisbury and Bournemouth are within easy reach.

Accommodation: 

Entrance into light and airy lounge/diner with 48" Freeview Smart TV, DVD, and French doors to south facing garden.
Immaculate kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, combi microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine.
Bedroom 1 with double bed (4ft 6in) and wall-mounted TV.  En suite bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and WC.
Bedroom 2 with twin single beds (3ft).
Shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.

Outside:

The small, enclosed and paved, south facing garden offers views of the River Avon and the main house. The extensive grounds surrounding the property include walks through the meadow by the River Avon and into woodland. Garden furniture includes a table and six chairs together with a table for disposable barbecues.
Fishing (for 2 rods) is permissible by arrangement with owner.

Parking for one car at the front of property. Further parking available close by.

Additional:

Included: Bed linen, electricity, central heating and WiFi. Guests to provide own towels or can be supplied for a charge of £10 per person.
Regret lodge is not suitable for children under 10 due to close proximity of river.
Pets: One mature family dog welcome. Please note there is a standard charge of £30 per pet per week.   (The owners' dogs are often in grounds of house). A purpose built kennel is available free of charge if guests want to go out without their dog.
Bicycle Storage: Secure storage available.
